Shipping + Returns

We hope that you love each item that you receive, but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and as easy as possible. Please see our simple return policy below. All refunds will be credited back for the purchase amount in the form of original payment.
We regret that we are unable to refund your original and/or return shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving the merchandise or it cannot be returned. In the case of damaged items, please email email@example.com as soon as possible.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 business days after the item(s) are received. All returns postmarked after the respected time will be rejected and you will be required to pay for items to be reshipped back to you.
Due to limited quantities per unique style, we cannot guarantee an exchange will be possible. Therefore only refunds in the form of original payment are possible. If you would like a different size, please place a new order.
Items that are worn, washed, tags removed or not returned within the respective time, will be rejected.
Anything purchased at a discounted price of 25% off or more is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
All jewelry, bras, bralettes, bandeaus and leggings are non-returnable.

We do not need to be notified prior to returning an item(s).
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the shipment. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. Please utilize insurance and tracking services to insure your package is returned to us.
Refunds will be issued 3-5 days after the item has been received and inspected. You will be notified via email when your return has been processed and of the amount that has been refunded.
If any of your items have been rejected, you will be notified via email. A reshipping fee will be required for the item to be shipped back to you.

We offer $6.00 flat rate shipping on all purchases. Remember that your shipping is calculated off of your subtotal, which does not include tax. This is the total after sales items have been reduced and discounts such as coupon codes have been applied.
With the exceptions of APO and FPO addresses, we currently only ship to the United States.
Overnight & Express Shipping
At this time overnight and express shipping are not available. If you need your package quickly, email us before you place your order at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will determine if we can meet your request.
If we are shipping your order to Nebraska, applicable sales tax will be added automatically.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been successfully submitted you will receive an order confirmation email. We will get your package ready and shipped within 1-2 business days. After a shipping label has been created you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can see where your package is every step of the way. You should receive your package within 4 to 6 business days after you have placed your order!
